Terms and Conditions: No Sale, No Fee Offer

This promotional offer is contingent upon the adherence to the terms and conditions outlined below. The offer is only applicable to properties newly instructed as of Wednesday 17th May 2023 , and we reserve the right to revoke this offer for any new instructions at our discretion. To qualify for this offer, the property must be listed for sale on the market for a minimum of 16 weeks at or below our suggested asking price, and it must be readily accessible for viewings.

In the event that a sale is agreed upon and the property enters the “subject to contract” stage, but the transaction ultimately falls through for any reason, our obligations to find a buyer under this offer will be considered fulfilled. The offer will be deemed inapplicable if the vendor, tenant, or occupant prevents us from accessing the property for viewings.

Furthermore, the offer will not apply if the property is marketed at an asking price exceeding our recommended value. Should we receive an offer within 10% of our recommended asking price and the vendor rejects the offer, the promotional offer will no longer apply.
